Enclosed Loading Spout
Several different options are available for product high level sensing, including pneumatic, tilt, capacitance, RF or vibration probes. The probes can be set up to provide flow shut-off control, automatic spout raising, or combinations of both.

The spout discharge end is available in one of two configurations: OL-style rubber skirted discharge for loading open trucks, railcars, barges, ships, and stockpiles; EL-style cone discharge for loading enclosed trucks, containers, railcars, barges, and ships

OPERATION LOGIC: Input power is applied to the timer control circuit board, which is in parallel with the low voltage (120/60/1) coil of the fan magnetic starter. Upon fan start power is supplied to the control board, and “preset” off time is initiated. At the end of the “off” time, the control energizes a solenoid that provides the cleaning pulse for the filter tubes, and then steps to the next segment. This cycle is continuous unless an auxiliary control, such as a pressure switch, is used to control the timer.

Slide gates and transitions
AM-Manufacturing builds an extensive range of Manual and Pneumatic Slide Gates. The main function of a Slide Gate is to control the flow of material from one direction to another direction when desired. The range of our slide gate is fast and precise positioning to ensure accurate control over the flow of bulk material. Additionally, the Slide Gate is mounted over specially guided rollers for better functionality.
